Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that are typically located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis forming one or three – four rows. Though sometimes confused with HPV infection, pearly penile papules make a man worry about it. In fact, pearly penile papules are considered a normal variant. It must be remembered that they are not contracted or spread through sexual activity.
