Fall 2008 Book Lover's Greenwich Village Bookstore Adventure
Baker Books is pleased to offer it's third bookstore trip to Greenwich Village in New York City on Saturday Sept. 13, 2008. For those who are not aware of the trip, it is a one-day bus trip to the city which boasts over 20 independent bookstores. These are the type of bookstores that do not take up an entire block and still offer specialized attention to their patrons. Think of any literary genre and there is most likely an independent new or used bookstore in that area that covers it. All participants will receive a map showing all the bookstore locations and a description of each store so that you can meander at your own speed.
Cost: $70.00 includes bus, guide materials, optional literary walking tour and all administrative costs.
